Please read this Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. By using the Rikeys platform (“Site”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rikeys, you agree to comply with this Agreement, including any updates posted on the Site. Material changes will not apply retroactively without your consent. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Jurisdiction
The Site is operated from Kenya. Users access the Site at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws, regulations, and export restrictions. We reserve the right to limit Site availability in any region.
3. Information You Provide
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy Here. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We may terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

Rikeys connects users with products, services, and suppliers (“Service Providers”). We do not guarantee that any Service Provider will meet your requirements. All Requests submitted may be shared with Service Providers. Rikeys is not responsible for any Service Provider’s acts, omissions, or failures.
b. Content
Site Content, including articles, images, and information, is for convenience only. It does not constitute professional advice. Rikeys and its affiliates are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Site Content. Your reliance on Site Content is at your own risk.
5. User Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:
- Posting offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Introducing viruses or harmful code.
- Spamming, phishing, or unauthorized advertising.
- Impersonating others or violating others’ rights.
- Interfering with Site operation or security.
6. Registration
Users may need to register with a username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify Rikeys immediately of unauthorized use.
7. Submissions
By submitting content, you grant Rikeys a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your submissions. You retain ownership but waive moral rights to enable platform functionality.
8. Monitoring
Rikeys may monitor, filter, or remove submissions to ensure compliance. We may disclose submissions as necessary under our Privacy Policy.
9. Proprietary Rights
All Site content and materials are the property of Rikeys or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized.
10. Purchases and Transactions
Products and services may be purchased via the Site using third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you confirm legal authority to use payment methods provided. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change.
11. Links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Rikeys is not responsible for content, products, or services on external sites. Your use of such sites is at your own risk.
12. Promotions
Any contests, surveys, or promotions are subject to separate rules. Review these rules alongside the Privacy Policy for details.
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Rikeys and affiliates provide the Site "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid to Rikeys.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rikeys against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.
15. Termination
Rikeys may terminate accounts or access at any time without notice. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and indemnity survive termination.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Kenyan law. You consent to jurisdiction in Kenyan courts. The UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
17. Filtering
Parental control protections are available commercially. Rikeys does not endorse specific products or services for filtering content.

20. Ability to Enter Agreement

21. Miscellaneous
This Agreement does not create partnerships or employment relationships. Invalid provisions do not affect enforceability of the remainder. Notices may be given electronically or by mail.
